This stove is a french style coal chimney insert stove from around 1890-1910. The tiles are made by Providential tile company in Trenton NJ. I cannot find any maker or other information on the stove itself. There is some cracked cast iron and the back sheet metal shroud is damaged as seen in the pictures. Most of the parts appear to be there although i am not sure. Please if you have any questions or even information about a stove like this please let me know!
