I note all serial numbers of items I sell to prevent the return of like (non-working units). I handle them as little as possible, many have dust and some dirt but this is best to provide a working unit to you...If you are a professional you know exactly how to clean and handle each particular boardAS WITH ALL PCB & CONTROL BOARDS...some units can have rust on the metal stand-offs, some components can be sensitive to static electricity when handling and are subject to damage during shipment. I pack all my items safely but I cannot control how they are handled during shipment by the freight carrier. If you receive a control board that does not work properly PLEASE DO NOT FILE A CLAIM...Alert me you have received a unit not working properly and I will provide a prompt return authorization and refunds provided or replacement unit shipped out.
