About Grow Wurks Hydro

We are a hydroponics supply store selling grow lights & hydroponic systems for the indoor grower who wants to control their grow room environment for the perfect garden. We carry c02 controllers, special plant grow lights, hydroponic equipment and fertilizers. Also, for those without a lot of time, we carry fully automated hydroponic kits. We haven't forgotten the hardworking organic gardener. Grow Wurks loves organics too, with a large variety of FoxFarm organic potting soil, and top quality organic fertilizers.

Shipping

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Grow Wurks and it's employee's are not responsible for packages left outside by shipping carriers.

International Orders
Due to international shipping carriers, Grow Wurks and it's employee's are not responsible/liable for tracking and items once outside the continental United States.

Returns
All returns must be approved by email and assigned a RMA# (return merchandise authorization) before being returned to us. Returns are accepted within the first 5 days of you receiving the product. We can only accept returns on items that have NOT been used, opened or damaged during installation in any way. If the item was opened and determined that the product is defective/damaged we will help resolve the issue with shipping carrier or through the manufacturer of the product.

Shipping is not refunded. In some cases shipping is free, we do not refund the actual shipping costs incurred by us to ship the product to you. There is a twenty percent restocking fee on all products returned to us. There is a ten percent restocking fee for "boxed and ready to ship orders". If you would like to avoid the restocking fee, we will issue you a store credit for the total purchase amount minus our shipping and handling costs. Ask as many questions as possible before you agree to buy because this applies to you!

Warranty Returns
We honor the Full Factory Warranty on every item we sell. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If your item is is under warranty and defective, we will have it repaired or replaced for you. Simply the best service before, during and after the sale.
