RETURN POLICY
You may return any product for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange within 30 days (14 days to contact us for a RA# and 14 days to send it back), provided the product has not been used by you. You must contact us for a RMA number at 509-663-5255, M-F 8:30 - 4:30 PST (Pacific Standard Time.) Due to the seasonality of our business, you must ship the product back to us within 14 days of receiving your product. Items shipped after the 14 days will be charged a 20% per week restocking fee. Items returned without an RMA will not be processed.
