RAINFOREST® 318 - Eighteen 3" Site
Aeroponics System
The RainForest® 318 can accommodate up to eighteen small plants from cuttings to
harvest, or up to ninety cuttings for rooting and transplantation using the 3”
CocoTek® coconut caps included. Vortex® Sprayer lifts and oxygenates nutrient
solution then gently sprays it over cutting bases or root systems.

Methods of
Payment
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. Contact us for additional
payment methods. Payment must be received within 7 days of the completion of
the auction unless prior arrangements have been made.
General
Shipping Policies
All items are shipped on Monday-Friday using UPS/FedEx. All items are shipped
within 3 business days of the close of the auction. We can not ship to PO Boxes
or APO/FPO addresses. You can not choose the carrier for delivery and we can
not use your shipping account to ship your items.
We can not
reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse. Please make sure the
address submitted with your payment is correct. Additionally, make sure someone
is available to sign for your package at the delivery address.
The carrier
will make (3) attempts to deliver your package and obtain a signature. If no
one is available on the third attempt the carrier will return the package to our
warehouse. If this happens the buyer will be charged two additional shipping
charges (the cost of returning the package to our warehouse and the cost of
shipping the item back to the buyer a second time).
Domestic
Shipping
Items with Free Shipping stated in the auction are only valid for the 48
contiguous US States. All buyers from Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories
must email us for shipping quotes and additional information.
Express
shipping is available on most items. Additional shipping cost applies to
expedited shipping services. Email us for expedited shipping quotes and
additional information.
International Shipping
The Free Shipping available in most auctions does not apply to international
shipping. Please contact us for shipping quotes and additional information.
All items
shipped to Canada will be shipping via USPS only. All other international
orders are shipped using USPS Express or FedEx.
We can not
document the package as a gift and we can not declare a lower value for
customs. This is illegal, we will not do this for you, please do not ask us to
do so.
International buyers are responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes and
brokerage fees to be paid to the courier or government. Please contact your
local customs office with further inquiries regarding customs.
Suncoast
Hydroponics assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or
any and all other charges requested or required by the destination country.
All
international shipments may be delayed by the customs department at the
destination country. If your package is delayed by customs you will have to
call your local customs office to correct any customs issues. When your package
is delayed we have not way of giving you any better information than your local
customs office. A customs delay is not part of the stated/estimated delivery
times.
Return
Policy
No product can be returned without an RMA Number. Returns must be initiated by
the buyer within 14 days from the delivery date. Buyer should hold on to all
original boxes and packaging.
Unopened
Items: If the item is brand new, unopened, and not damaged; the product can be
returned, but the item will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. The product must
be in its’ original packaging. You must prepay the freight back to the
warehouse to receive a refund. If merchandise is received back in a condition
other than what is described above or if it is damaged in shipment, we will be
unable to give a credit/refund on the merchandise.
Defective
Items: All defective items will be processed under our warranty policy. All
defective items will be handled directly through the manufacturer of the item.
We will act as a liaison between you and the manufacturer to assist you in
repairing or correcting the defective item.
Opened/Used
Items: Items that are opened and/or used can not be returned. We can not accept
returns on opened items because we do not know how they were treated or how long
they were used before they were returned. As a result, we can not resell these
items.
Once your
product has been returned to our distribution warehouse; the item will be
repaired, replaced, or a refund will be issued. The usual turn around time is
3-15 days after the item has arrived at our warehouse.

Warranty
Policy
Warranty on all items will be the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
Sunlight
Supply Items: All Sunlight Supply items (ballasts, reflectors, etc…) warrants
the original purchaser of the product against defects in material and
workmanship under normal use for five (5) years on SUN SYSTEM, two (2) years on
SUN SYSTEM 3, BUDGET GRO, TEK-LIGHT, NEW WAVE, SPECTRA MAX, and SUN BLAZE, and
one (1) year on SUN BLAZE STRIP LIGHTS and READ FIT T5 from the date of
purchase. During this period, Sunlight Supply will, at their option, and
without any charge, repair or replace the product if the unit or any of its
components fail or malfunction. The warranty does not cover labor, materials,
travel time, equipment, etc… to de-install and reinstall any lighting fixtures.
All Other
Items: Warranty on all items will be the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Most
manufacturers’ will require a receipt and many will also need the original
packaging. If you are having a difficulty with one of our other (not Sunlight
Supply) distributed products, you can contact the manufacturer directly or phone
us. If you contact us, we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to get
the problem resolved. In most cases, it will not make sense to completely
return the product to the manufacturer. We will have the manufacturer send you
a missing part, replacement product, or return authorization.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Florida are charged 6.5% state sales tax.
