All items sold have been stored in a smoke-free environment unless stated otherwise in listing.
An additional charge of a$2Handling Fee to cover packaging material for shipping is added to most items.
We offer multiple shipping options and can send you an invoice based on your shipping preference as long as you contact us before you pay for your item.
The shipping options that show up in the automatically issued invoice are for Tracked shipping, however if you do not require tracking we can send your item under a lower postal rate that provides no tracking. Also we will do our best to combine packaging and shipping related charges on multiple item purchases.
Canada , USA & International Shipping
My preferred 3 methods of shipping depending on the packaged size and weight are:
Tracked Packet™ - Canada, USAand 27 International destinations
Expedited Parcel™- Canada and USA only
Xpresspost™ - Canada, USA and 50 International destinations
because insurance and tracking are included in the service. It is a little more expensive but it protects us both should a shipping issue arise.
Light Packet™(Canada only),Small Packet™AirandInternational Parcel Airshipping – ‘DO NOT’ include insurance or tracking. This means, if your packet/parcel gets lost or does not arrive you will NOT be refunded for your item except if we agreed to do so in the invoice we send you. your acceptance of this policy is assumed unless you inform us via email prior to your payment for items to be shipped this method.
Payment must be received within 7 business days otherwise starts an unpaid item case.
CANADA POST/POSTES CANADA is our Primary shipping Provider and all the rates we give you reflect what they charge us. We do not aim to make a profit on our shipping.
