I\'ve listed this item as New. It\'s still in the original packaging. Although there is no official seal on this box, the box looks new. There are no scuff marks where youinsert your thumb or finger to open the box from the top. So I called it new for that reason. Please make sure you review the photos and ask any questions you may have.

I am not a professional toy dealer, and I don\'t own a toy store. However, I am liquidating an estate\'s large Marvin The Martian Collection. As I do not knowtoygrading, or even the proper terminology for these collectibles, I will just suggest that you rely mostly on what you can see with your own two eyes. Although I believe all of thesetoys to be either new or in great condition, I cannot guarantee that for every single item. There are just too many items to go intoextensivedetail, and so many pictures for each that I may miss a blemish or imperfection.Let the offerding dictate the value. I will, however, mention anything that Ido notice in regards to condition. Ican not accept returns, as I do not have any replacements, and in that case, only and the shipping companies would profit. Irequire that you contact meif there are any condition issues, and document the issue,instead of initiating a return. Please communicate with me respectfully, and I will do the same with you. I will do my best to compensate for any issues, either with a partial refund, or by agreeing on additional Marvin The Martian collectible(s) that I can send to make the order right. There are hundreds of items, so it should be fairly straightforward to compensate for any issues with something forfree.

Shipping

I generally charge for shipping, and invoice the customer.I generally use Priority Mail for a host of reasons. On occasion, I may offer free shipping. In either case, it is the buyer\'s responsibility to file a claim if there are visible damages to the packaging during transit. I want happy customers, and I hope to and expect togive and receivepositive response. I am very responsiveto customer requests. I package things very nicely. I take the best picturesI can with the equipment thatI have. I will always do my best to make everything right. But sometimes a buyer just can\'t be satisfied. My only negative review is from a person that was mad that I couldn\'t ship her something that she ordered because it had been damaged prior to shipment. I dropped a stack of china. I refunded her money, but she still gave me a negative review.It remains my first and only negative review on my account. I could not possibly fulfill her order, since the itemshadbeenbroken. And yet my rating has a blemish. I hope to avoid that in the future, so let\'s work together like reasonable people to resolve any and all issues.
