RARE OPPORTUNITY Canoe Form made by current Old Town canoe builder; plus more:
$3800.00

Includes enough wood to make your own boat! WOW!!! Don\'t be shy; make offer!!! Here is an almost impossible to find; a canoe form used to make your own canoes. This form was personally made by a current builder for Old Town canoes; its his own design and called \"The Phat Man\". Its makes a canoe that is a touch wider than the normal canoe; so stable that you can easily stand up in it to fish. What a GREAT RETIREMENT GIFT or treat yourself and make it a winter project for you! I\'M ALSO INCLUDING ENOUGH WOOD AND EVEN THE CANVAS TO MAKE YOUR OWN CANOE!!! I acquired this with intentions of building my own, but due to recent health concerns am selling it now so someone else can enjoy. She\'s about a 15 footer or so....I\'ll post exact measurements as soon as can get to my storage and slap a tape measure on it. Pick up only. What a great chance if you ever thought of experimenting with building a canoe. You put this on sawhorses as pictured and build upside down. A couple of the pictures above show it on sawhorses. The gray canoe on top of it is one my son and I built together at the Old Town facility a year ago and is not included in the sale. Also pictured below the form is a 1922 Old Town canoe partially restored; that also is not included in the sale. My zip is 14880 for mapquest. I am 3 1/2 hours east of Cleveland OH; 1 1/2 hours south of both Buffalo and Rochester; an hour west of Corning NY. Priced to sell! Heavy, so bring help to load! $500 non-refundable deposit via Paypal within 24 hours; rest can be paid in cash upon pickup. Pickup to be within a week unless differently agreed. Sales tax to be added if you are from NYS.
