This is the Rare Conn 24A Model Flugelhorn made in Switzerland with ther-19xxxx serial numbers.

I purchased this horn in 1977 and I am the original owner, it was rarely played and has been stored for the past 30 plus years.
It is in excellent condition and has one slight ding you can barely make out. Also, the case has a little musty smell due to age and being stored. I can send more pictures of case if you need them.
The horn has been cleaned and plays well.
