I really don\'t know that much about this item but I\'ll try to describe it. It looks like it did work at one time and it seems to have most if not all the parts. It looks like it had a large wick that soaks up oil like an oil lamp. The wick is either missing or someone cranked it to far back in the tank but I don\'t see it. both of the knobs do turn but one only turns half way (maybe the wick is stopping it from turning?) i can\'t get the fuel cap off but haven\'t tried very hard to remove it. I would say due to possible safety code reasons and the fact that some of the parts are stuck I would say this is more of a display piece.This is being sold as a untested display piece.
