Team Express makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received. Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is 4:00 pm CST Monday - Friday. Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors, this merchandise is considered \"drop ship\" inventory and has a handling time of 10 days. Pre-Ordered items are always shipped via Standard Ground shipping and will be shipped by the stated handling time.STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICE:
Standard Shipping service is available for orders placed before 4 p.m. CST for in-stock items. In-Stock items that are shipped via Standard Shipping service typically arrive within (7-10) business days after leaving our distribution center. Standard Shipping service is via UPS or USPS depending upon shipment weight and destination. Orders less than 1 lb. and orders shipping to a rural address or P.O. Box will be delivered by the USPS. All other Standard shipments are via UPS. EXPEDITED SERVICE:
Expedited shipping service is available for orders placed before 4 p.m. CST for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via second day service arrive in (2) business days after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for standard second day service are made Mondays through Fridays only. Orders being shipped to P.O. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of purchase. The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packing and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund. All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer\'s warranties, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer\'s policy. Replacements will be same stock number, color and size.Bat Warranty
Your new aluminum/composite bat carries a minimum one-year manufacturer\'s warranty against defects. Team Express also offers a 30-day return policy for all unused, new bats. Wood bats carry no warranty or guarantee, unless otherwise stated.New (Unused) Bat Return
All unused new bats must be in their original \"shrink wrapped\" packing to receive a refund, less shipping charges. We will however refund shipping charges on products that are defective or received in error.Defective or Damaged Bat Return
All defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. Please call the manufacturer directly to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We recommend that you keep your bat invoice as your proof of purchase.
