This is an RCA Model 3 RH22G \"Pockette\" vintage six(?) transistor radio made in the U.S. of A. in 1962? This radio comes from my own transistor radio collection. I have owned it for 7+ years. This radio, unfortunately, uses an obsolete 4 volt battery. I have tested the radio using a 4 volt power supply. The radio does play and tune stations, but the volume is somewhat low. The radio displays nicely and has a shiny cabinet, but there are two problems. There is a small chip in the speaker grill (visible in picture# 2) and a chip on the bottom of the radio (visible in picture # 6). There are some scuffs, scratches and dings consistent with normal use. The radio is fairly clean inside and out, but there is some minor corrosion on the battery terminals (visible in picture # 9). There is a worn carrying case included also, picture # 11 and # 12. With the influx of inexpensive Japanese radios, most US manufacturers stopped making transistor radios in the early to mid 1960s. Nothing else is included in this sale.

Please look at all the pictures carefullyto help you determine the exact cosmetic condition. I have tried to show any marks or visible blemishesin my photos. The marks/scratches, etc.are oftenso minimal as to be difficult to photograph. These digital images are of the exact item listed here.
