First of all we do something that most all other incubator retailers DON\'T PROVIDE. We care about YOU as OUR CUSTOMER and check each incubator before we ship it to you! Even though the incubators are new in the box we check the accuracy of the temperature, humidity and auto egg turning control systems BEFORE we ship you your new incubator!! This is almost of unheard of and why we have less than a 1% problem with incubators upon customer delivery. Over a full 24 hour period we fully check the temperature and humidity calibration and if the calibration is off for any reason we FULLY re-calibrate them with some of the most expensive calibration equipment available. The RCom factory warranty does not cover shipping to/from our repair center except that we cover standard ground shipping to/from our warehouse for the first 7 days after delivery to you. We ship to ALL 48 US States for the flat rate fee - (extra shipping fees apply for Hawaii & Alaska)

We ship incubators by FedEx Ground with Insurance and signature required. Please allow about 5 to 6 business days for your order to arrive after we have shipped it. Damaged Goods
Please examine your shipment carefully upon arrival and advise us within 1 business day. If the box is damaged upon delivery, you must notify the delivery person and have them note the damage on shipping papers. Merchandise Returns
All items that are defective will quickly be repaired or replaced. Otherwise, we do not accept returns. Warranty repairs on all RCom incubators are handled directly by our West Coast Service Center. Incubators and brooders are items that can become contaminated & therefore can not be resold without liability. We are sure you would not want an incubator or item that may have become contaminated by someone\'s animals. We only sell brand new products. Under rare circumstances and if we allow an item to be returned, it must be pre-approved and returned in the original, UNOPENED, factory package and contain all factory literature and instructions. Any approved return will be accessed a 15% re-stocking fee and unfortunately, we don\'t refund shipping charges.-->> A word of advice!! Do not order hatching eggs before receiving your incubator and setting it up.
