From an older Estate. VintageModel 327 R.C.P. Tube Tester RADIO CITY PRODUCTS in Wood Case..It is older and has been used so condition is use wear in areas...I plugged it in and it lit up..and the needle moves... I don\'t have a tube to test so I don\'t know how it works.... It\'s been sitting for awhile so it needs cleaned more..has some paper work and a booklet...I have described this to the best of my knowledge ..I have taken lots of photos so you can see what it is and what it has ..
