Hello, you are considering Real Good Toys Classic Bungalow 1:12 scale dollhouse. I purchased this dollhouse thinking I can put it together. So it turns out I don\'t have the time to do it so that is why I am selling this Bungalow. EVERY piece is included. I have already dyed the shingles and painted some of the siding. It is grey. Only one coat has been done so it is very easy to change it. Please look at the pix carefully. The pictures contain every piece of the house. I checked all the parts and they are all accounted for. The picture of the shingles only show some. There is 1000 shingles total. All of them are in the green bag. 

The size is 34 3/8w x 22 3/4\"D x 26 1/4\"H

This house is made of poplar wood NOT plywood. So it will last a lifetime. 

I no longer have the box but it will be shipped very carefully and well. I ship UPS so it will be trackable and insured. Please consider this house. It needs a nice person to put it together.
