Note we did not raise shipping cost after last two carrier rate increases and consistently lost on shipping even before those. Also recently started keeping 9% of the shipping cost. Again we have kept shipping the same. When you rate shipping you are not rating USPS or any other carrier or voting for whether or not you like shipping costs. You are rating only the individual seller. When you leave less than best rating you only increase the seller's operating costs through increased fees. This does noone any good and certainly cannot decrease shipping cost... We are frequently asked if we can rebuild batteries sent to us. The answer is yes we can usually rebuild your EX batteries BUT shipping 1 or 2 cores is usually not practical. So before you consider mailing batteries for rebuild, or any other reason for that matter, check on the shipping cost.
