Refund andAssurance Information
Before returning an item, please contact a representative of Explorers Percussion for a return authorization. We will accept returns for 14 days after the day of delivery to the buyer, provided that all items are in new condition with the original packaging. Please include a copy of the sales receipt and a note with instructions as to what you would like to do. If the item appears to be used or damaged, or the item is returned after 14 days, an assessment will be made by Explorers as to the financial recourse. A minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied plus fees for additional damage to the product in question. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item purchased featured free shipping, the customeris responsibleto pay the original shipping costs. Any free or promo items must be returned (in new condition) with these purchases orthe cost of these items will be assessed for these items.
