This is a Renaissance Dragon Puppet, that sits upon your shoulder. You can normally find these at your local Renaissance Faires, as I got this one. Honestly I purchased this little guy, never used him or even had him on my shoulder, just brought him home and he has been put away in a box ever since. Head can move left-right-up-down using a cable that can be placed down your sleeves. Dragon is 2 shades of green, nice long tail, non-movable wings. This is one of the larger puppets available.
