It is important to make sure you can meet as agreed if transportation/pickup is arranged. If multiple items are purchased we can also discuss transportation/delivery.

Several upcoming trips are also planned, andcoordinating a meetingalong those routes for transportation can be discussed.Atripto the Columbus/Pittsburgh area and back to Fairfax, VA will be made in February. Anothertrip east to Lexington, KY and back to Fairfax, VA along routes 81 and 64 will be made.Trips to the west coastand backwith a 24\' trailer will be madein the April through June time frame. If you are furnishing a house, restocking an antique shop, or need multiple pieces and are alongroutes 40, 20, 85 and/or 95 (or can pick upitems along those routes), please call the number above to discuss.

If you need larger/“clean” items (antiques, big speakers, heavy audio equipment, or drums) moved from the central/southern California area (Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, etc.) to points east, and can be flexible about the timing, please contact me at the number above. Routes 10, 20, and/or 40 (route 10 east as far as Dallas) will be used to the mid-Atlantic area between Richmond, VA and Baltimore, MD. On a number of return trips from California this spring/summer there is space in a (new) aluminum trailer, which was specifically built for gently moving more delicate furniture and big speakers. My large speakers were recently moved while resting on their back on a 3\" foam bed, heavy cardboard around them, and strapped down securely. The speakers had a softer trip than I did. (Custom boxes are also being made for moving other speakers on the 3\" foam bed.) Except for antiques and large speakers, your items should be already boxed.
