ABRAHAM LINCOLN BATTALION

who were American volunteers who went to Spain during the Spanish Civil War (1936-1938) to fight against Fascism. The fought to defend the Democratically elected Spanish Republic.

The ABRAHAM LINCOLN BATTALION was the firstall Americanunit that was fully integrated, although part of the Spanish Republican Army.

I personally wear one of these almost every day! Viva la Republica!!
