Lucite (acrylic) shell chairs measuring 19 "w x 19"d x 35 "h (back) are so comfortable you'll want to linger after dessert. Chairs swivel all the way around, henceseveral chips on the sides whereour kidsdinged them on the table. (photo below is the worst of the dings.) Could probably be repaired by someone who knows vintage furniture. White Naugahyde seats in great condition are super easy to clean.

Exact age unknown; likely late 60's or early 70's. We bought it used and have had it for 32 years. With us, it has survived twelve moves, two kids and hundreds of meals. The previous owner told us that they once dropped a ketchup bottle on the table (remember when ketchup came in glass bottles?) The bottle shattered, but the table wasn't even scratched.
