- ORIGINAL - NO DAMAGE - This is a very functional and rare cast iron paper roll holder / dispenser made by REX and is the type that would mount under a counter or on a wall (that is my assumption). The cast iron brackets are only about 6.5\" deep and attach to the cutter blade with cast pegs and holes. The brackets have a heart design in each. NO DAMAGE, some original paint and the blade is still sharp and ready for tearing off the desired length of butcher paper. The blade measures approximately 19 3/4\" across.
