Thisis another of our super effective chain flail type Crusher/Pulverizers. This little crusher is easy to transport and really chews up the rock.

Ithas a 12\" dia. cylinder that is 12” deep, and uses 12 chain hammers with an outputcapacity is 200 lbs./hour (3/4 tons/day).

The feed tube is 3\" x 3\".

We use a 12” dia. round cylinder, whichimproves the pulverization process.

The 12”extra deep cylinder keeps the rock in the crusher longer and triples the numberof chains we can use, giving the 12 chains more time to reduce the grit size ofthe output to 100 or 200 mesh or finer.

All 12 chains length can be adjusted as they wear to allow you to fine tune the grit size for optimum output.

There are two self centering bearings with grease fittings for easylubrication, the chains are grade 7 chain and last a very long time.

We use a 7/8” standard 3/16” key way shaft.

All of the parts of the crusher arereplaceable, except for the crusher body and frame.

This crusher is designed touse a 7 HP gas engine, because it runs the crusher at optimum output.

The complete crusher without motor weighs 96 lbs, shipping weight is 124 lbs with the Legs. The crusher only weighs 165 lbs with Legs motor installed and ready to go.

Thiscrusher comes with 15\" Removable Legs, an adjustable engine mounting plate configured for the 7 HP gas engine, the pulleysfor the motor and crusherand v-belt are supplied . Just use the supplied mounting bolts and nutsto attach the 7 HP engine and Legs, and you’re ready to MAKE SOME DUST.

Thereis an additional ring gasket, a set of 12 chains, 6 spare output screens, and a spare v-beltinside the cylinder when shipped.

The motor will ship separately from the manufacturer.
