This sale is for a brand new Room 101 Brass knuckle scissors cutter. The cutter is allmetal and is brand new. It has 3 finger slots which give it a brass knuckle look & feel to it. The cutter also comes in its own pouch which buttons closed and there is a loop in the back to fit a belt through.
