Here is a nice re-cast muffler for a very nice engine. This muffler fits R&V engines with 1 1/2\" NPT threads. It is a three piece muffler and both ends are threaded. The center parts is the baffle and it has the holes cast in place as it was done originally. Getting this pattern to pull was no easy feat, but we got it in the name of authenticity. It is a real shame the most interesting part of this muffler is hidden inside! I made and installed a nipple for the exhaust outlet side. The hardware is 3/8\" square head plain hardware for the original look. This is the most original and authentic cast iron reproduction muffler you will find for the R&V line.
You only need to supply your nipple from the engine to the muffler and you are done. No machining or finish work required. Paint it for a restoration or let it rust for a perfect original look.
