However, we have experienced some breakage due to USPS handling techniques. I could swear they take a hammer to some of the packages, especially if the lettersFRAGIL Eare on the package. Because of this, please help us identify any damage early and document it well so that we and you do not lose out on damaged merchandise. All items over 30.00 in price are sent Priority Mail. All items that cost over $100.00 will be insured for full value.
If the box is damaged when your package arrives please take a picture showing the damaged area on the box. When the box is damaged there is a good chance the item(s) inside are also damaged. If any of the items inside the box are damaged we (and the USPS) need pictures of the damaged items. For china include pictures of the front and back of the damaged piece(s). Please let us know within 48 hours if you have received damaged merchandise. If your item is damaged you must keep it in it\'s original packing and box for a damage claim to be filed. We will provide you the information needed to file your claim for breakage. This is in your best interest as the refund will be paid directly to you. In the rare case that your item is not insured we will pay the damage claim directly to you.
As stated in ourpolicy we do accept returns. We accept returns with no questions asked BUT you must inform us that you are returning the item ( you don\'t have to have a \"reason\") and you must send us the tracking number as soon as you ship theitem.The item needs to be returned well packed and by the same method it was shipped including insurance if applicable. Once wereceive the item back we will inspect it and refund the purchase price if it isin it\'s original, as sent condition ONLY.We do not refund shipping costs.
