My Husband was an avid collector of Rudy Ruana Knives. At one time he had over 100 Ruana knives in his collection. He always purchased direct from the Owner of the knife and the Ruana Shop (there were VERY FEW dealers he trusted). He kept meticulous records and he also wrote articles about Rudy and his work for knife related magazines. I am selling his collection and each knife is special. This is a TRUE sale with .
This knife is a vintage late 1960\'s to early 1970\'s Ruana 12 - B that was made by Rudy himself. The Elk Antler Stag is very thick dark and still has nice color and character. This knife was never used, carried or sharpened and it has the Original Edge.
This knife is \"AS FOUND\" - it was never cleaned or sharpened (as many older Ruanas are) and would make a fine addition to any collection. It has the small M Stamp which stood for Medium Temper.
The Riveted and Sewn Leather Sheath is Original and is in Tight, Excellent condition for its age. It has some cuts at the throat and still has the verdigris on the Copper Pins.
