Rustic Barncaster/Pinecaster/Telecaster Style Body:
$67.60

This is the latest offering from Nomoonlaser Guitar Bodies. The wood used to create this guitar body was once part of a bedroom wall. I personally salvaged this wood as part of a demolition project. The house was built in 1961 and is located in the Rockbrook neighborhood in Omaha, NE. I stood the pieces on end to create a butcher block look. I used a indigo blue stain and applied two coats of water based polycrylic finish. Most replacement parts should work but I cannot guarantee that all replacement parts will work. This sale is for the body only. I have included a picture with replacement parts to show what a completed guitar could look like.

Note to buyer:

Anyone looking to turn this into a playable guitar should be able to read a tape measure and have some experience with a variety of basic tools. I’ve run into obstacles with every guitar I’ve assembled. That’s how I’ve learned along with resources like YouTube and The Telecaster Guitar Forum. This kind of project isn’t for everyone. This body is \"Rustic\" meaning it was crafted by hand with re-claimed materials. There could be knots, nail holes, worm holes, paint, ect... I’m targeting those who appreciate the artistic value of something made by a human being instead of a machine or computer. I\'ve provided a link to an audio clip of the first body I ever made: 4lbs. 8.1 oz.
