Ryan STA Special R/C Model Airplane Balsa Kit
This is a scale model of a Ryan ST-A Special. This balsa wood kit is manufactured by Sig Craftsman Manufacturing and comes complete with most everything you need including detailed building plans. Engine and radio are Not included.
The model kit was designed and built by Maxey Hester from the Ryan ST-A Special owned and flown by John Gosney.It has a 72\" wingspan, accepts a .60 two-stroke or .90 four-stroke engine. I estimate the box weighs 15 pounds and measures 53\"X15\"X8\". (Listed elsewhere for $300 and up, for comparison.)
