One Shaker is decorated with RED ENAMEL spaced on opposite sides of the shaker. In the center of the enamel is a stem with leaves. All areas of the Shaker that are not enameled are covered with gold-wash. The other Shaker is identical in description except the enamel is white.The slot lock bases are stamped VB STERLING DENMARK. The VB stands for silversmith VOLMER BAHNER. Each Shaker measures 1 1/2" Tall. Shakers weigh 1.9 oz. on postal scales. No damage to the enamel. Slot-lock bases work well.
