Saeco Magnum Bullet Mold #740 40 Caliber (408-410 Diameter)410 Grain Semi-Point bullet mold with handles.

Both the mold and handles are essentially new, but have to be classified as used. They haveonly been used to cast 12 bullets.

Saeco bullet molds are all machined from specially developed cast iron blocks one cavity at a time for precision. Each cavity is cut with the same cherrie on digital equipment so it is guaranteed that each cavity duplicates the one cut before. The cast iron blend is a special mixture of copper alloyed pearlitic cast iron that produces a tight grain structure, dimensional stability and extended life bullet mold. Combine this special alloy with a precision cut cherrie and these mold blocks will deliver great looking bullets cast after cast. The steel sprue plate is held firmly against mold blocks by a high-temperature spring washer to ensure uniform bullets with a square base. Magnum molds are designed to ensure more uniform temperature control for large bullets. Weight given are Saeco\'s weights with suggested alloy; actual weight may vary due to alloy mixture used.
