In the past I have always sent a message to the buyer as soon aspossible the day the item ended and explained to the customer that I am onvacation, the date I will return and the date the package would be shipped. Ihave never had an upset customer doing business this way. Now hasimplemented more stupid policies in regards to handling time. If I go on vacationor leave town suddenly and cannot ship your package in the 2 or 3 day handlingtime then holds this against me even though I have communicated with youthe customer and explained exactly what is going on and when your package willbe shipped. is taking away mySeller status for this reason and now as a result has forced me to put amuch higher handling time in each of my listings. Even though I have to list amuch higher handling time (10 days ) Iwill still ship your package the day you pay or the very next day just as Ihave in the past. The only exception is if I am on vacation or get called andhave to leave town for a few days.
