When Popeye is wound he travels forward and backward in a stop and go fashion. The toy is in high end C8+ all original condition with bright and colorful tin litho. There is no rust on the toy. Popeye retains his original pipe, propeller, fins and wheels. The fuselage is also sleek and straight, the propeller is perfect looking. One of the wings has a minor, barely visible in pics dent/crease. The toy measures8.5\" long, 6\" tall, and has an 8\" wing span. The toy has a built in key.
