  • About PROCESSOrders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment (excluding Sunday).

        In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your package. A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
        
        There is a 10% restocking fee for items returned that are not the fault of The Pro\'s Closet should you change your mind. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
