wiring way
Please be noted all the wiring way bellow need to connect black wire first, then connect red wire +5v and green wire. When display screen indicates two zero, throttle will work normally. Then connect other wires. Please be noted that black wire of throttle is negative, and red is +5v, canot connect or replace with other red wires, or other wires. Once wrong connected , you will burnt the throttle.

3 throttle wires, red is for throttle positive , black is for throttle negative, green is for twist throttle signal wire,red-black-green wire(black connector) connectwith your controller throttle wire, your controller throttle wire maybe different color. red---+5v.green is signal wire, black is ground wire.if wrong you may burnt this throttle,
yellow is for power positive. ---usually connect with battery power .
4wire throttle:
Throttle black----controller throttle connector black ground wire
Throttle red----controller throttle connector +5v red wire.
Green signal wire---controller throttle connector green signal or other wire
Yellow voltage display wire—ebike power positive (front light, display, electric switch)
5 wires
Throttle black----controller throttle connector balck ground wire
Throttle red----controller throttle connector +5v red wire.
Green signal wire---controller throttle connector green signal or other wire
Blue wire-connect with controller electric switch/lock output wire
Yellow voltage display wire—ebike power positive or controller electric switch/lock input wire
6 wires
Same with 4 wires, the two wires left are for function wire, you can use it for other function that you need.
7wires
Same with 4wires, the other 3 wires left are for 3 gears speed or turning switch.
compare with common analog signal throttle:
this throttle indicates battery level by digital data display, you canjudge your rest battery level according to your battery voltage.
can also check your battery condition after you charged it full.
common throttle withindicator shows battery level by analog battery level. that is not accurate (such as, takes 36v with 3 indicator for example, 39-42v is battery full, all lights on. 37-39v one light off. 34v-37v two light off. 31v-34v the last indicator off. this is vague.)
with techology development this has been behind since battery material is different and discharge platform is different, battery level data acquisition mode is backward.
that is why we have this now,digital data acquisition and display is more accurate and timely.

Different battery materials, new/old condition of battery, and different controller data make battery voltage reflects differently. Please check your battery voltage data according to your battery. Twice is enough, data may have deviation.

Solution for defaults of throttle
1. Display data screen works but vehicle motor will not run when use throttle
Check 1, whether you have connect throttle wiring correct
Check 2, whether have made Controller throttle connector, power wire, motor connector virtual connection
Check 3 :whether have cut off the brake line to make it braking and cut off power
If still cannot run please keep controller connector of throttle, power and motor, then switch red and green of throttle and controller to test.
And if necessary can take universal meter /multimeter to check whether throttle red and black wire is 4.2v or not, that is to make sure whether throttle has been broken
2. Display voltage is two zeros, bike run normally
1. Check whether yellow wire has connected with power wire strongly.
2. Change another throttle to check whether display screen has been broken or take universal meter to check voltage of yellow and black wire, whether it is the same with battery voltage.
