This DPV is 24 volts it takes 2 lead acid batteries connected in series to creat 24 volts they retail for about $65 each at 18 or higher amp hour type. This DPV is equiped wth a anti fouling (current Limiting) feature that protects the motore and electronics in the event of an overload caused by a locked propeller or other over load conditions the control board will automatically shut down the system when it detects an unusually high current draw by the motor. The system will automatically reset once the obstruction is removed and as soon as you pull in the throttle. This DPV does have some scratching here and there from use as expected. All that you see in the images is what you will get. The scooter stand in the images is not included in this sale it was borrowed to take these pictures.
