This auction is for 100 of the Jiffy peat 7 pellets (PELLETS ONLY) they can be inserted in tray (shown in picture on right) that fits into regular 1020 tray. 1020 tray and dome not included in this auction. Visit our store to purchase entire set or for inserts, tray and dome seperate. This gives you 100 individual jiffy pots. These jiffy pellets are so neat. No other pot needed for your seedlings. Just put insert into tray, add water until they have fully PUFFED into full size self contained peat unit. When transplanting entire thing gets put into ground. To use add your seed to the indendation in the top of the middle. Cover with dome until seed germinates, then grow on as you would any seedling. I not only use these myself BUT there are great when working with kids or I also do some horticulture with special needs persons. They LOVE to ADD THE WATER AND WATCH THEM GROW. The giggles are great. If you do not have trays with domes I suggest you use these as unit for complete success. If your seeds need to be covered also look in our store for a bag of vermiculite and use that wetting agent to cover each seed with that for perfect germination.
