Up for sale is aBundy Selmer II tenor saxophone in pristine condition. I started playing piano a few years ago, and wanted to venture with another instrument, and thus bought this saxophone. Unfortunately, there is no way I can practice in the apartment building where I live since the instrument itself is just a tad too loud, so I will postpone my learning the saxophone for a time when I move to the burbs into my own house.
A few words about this saxophone. I wanted to buy a really good used saxophone for myself and so I did.It is in very very good condition, very clean, with very few scratches, and it isin perfectly good working order. It has everything you need to start playing it as soon as you receive it.Ithas itsoriginalpaperwork and receipt (serial on receipt matches serial on instrument) which shows that it was purchased in1984 for $475 bucks, somewhere in theBronx. It comes with its original hard case.I also purchasedpremium Vandoreen tenor reeds (3 left which are brand new, and one which has been used slightly), purchased a brand new neck strap, Selmer cleaning kitand cork grease, and a Hal Leonard and CD for learning to play the sax.
It sounds great, it looks great, it works great, I don\'t know what else to tell you. Were it not for 3 very minor dings, this saxophone would be perfect. Anyways, for a used saxophone, I don\'t think you can find another Bundy that is in better condition than this one. Like I said, I wanted to find an instrument which was in very good condition for myself, so that I can learn on it, and so I did.
If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me and I will do my best to respond.
Happy offerding and I wish you all the best in becoming the new Lester Young or Coleman Hawkins, or whomever you want to play like. Of course you don\'t want to play like anyone else, but it\'s nice to be able to play the masters.
