For sale is a Selmer USA Alto Saxophone in good condition. It looks great. The corks, felts, and pads all appear to be in really good shape. It should be ready to play right out of the box. It appears as if this horn was only lightly used and was it well taken care of.
Model AS110 was the top-of-the-line alto sax from Selmer USA some years agoanditwas intended for the professional and/or high intermediate market.It includes a high F# key.It is a big step up in quality froma typical beginning school band instrument.Selmer USA and Selmer Paris are bothpart ofConn-Selmer Company. Selmer USA horns are not exactly the same as Selmer Paris horns but there are many similarities. The horn has most of the original lacquer in tact except for minor wear and/or aging spots. There is a tiny dent on the bottom bell and a few minor scratches here and there but it does not effect the playability (dent and scratches are so small they do not show up in the pictures).
Included is the horn, the original neck, and the case (no mouthpieceor sling) The case exterior has some minor signs of wear and handling.
If you research this model you will find that it is well recommended by the people that have played/tried them. It is a fine American-made product.
