Up for sale is a Sencore tube tester, model TC162. It is in used condition, check out the pictures for cosmetic condition. This unit powers up, and that is all I can tell you for sure. I do not have any tubes to test and I would not know how to operate this unit even if I did. It comes with the "Tube Set Up Book".
