These tiny puppy collars are 1/2\" wide, adjust up to 16\" length (may be trimmed shorter following included instructions), made with one regular basic plastic \"snap\" buckle (NOT breakaway), one tiny adjuster slide & one keeper to secure collar.
These are NOT traditional puppy collars - There are NO metal \"D\" rings in order to keep these as light weight & as comfortable as possible for pups - For Puppy Identification Only
