The SH 945 NFX pickup system is built to reproduce the instrument vibrations authentically with every move of the bow in all positions. No need of instrument modification was a must in developing this absolutely noise and hum free violin pickup system.

Nanoflex pickups do not just reproduce the vibrations of the strings like common undersaddle pickups. Nanoflex senses the vibrations of the strings AND the body of the instrument simultaneously. No other pickup technology gives you this high level of sound reproduction.

Due to active amplification directly at the pickup and 100% shielding of the entire system, no sound will be lost and no hum created. This is why the best violin players in the world are using the Shadow SH 945 NFX violin Nanoflex pickup system.

The pickup mounts easily under the bridge and senses the vibrations of the bridge and the body. Control unit with volume and tone controls mounts on violin side with chin rest type assembly. The control unit has an input for the Nanoflex pickup and standard 1/4" jack output, anduses a standard 3V cell battery (2032) providing about a year's use.

Standard Shipping is FREE within the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS), to the following locations:

• All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
• US possessions, including American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands
• APO/FPO (military) addresses, including AA, AE and AP

Shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped the same day if the order is received before 12:00 noon Pacific time (GMT-0800). For fastest service, please include a daytime phone number in case we have any questions about your order. We can ship to a PO box or any valid street address. We do not provide walk-in service, but local shipments to the San Diego area will normally arrive the next day.

USPS Priority Mail delivery is 1-3 days average to most U.S. locations, trackable and insured. Delivery times are reliable, but not guaranteed.

USPS Express Mail delivery is 1-2 days guaranteed to most U.S. locations. Express Mail shipments are normally shipped the same day if ordered before 12:00 noon Pacific time. Shipping days are Monday through Friday only, and delivery days are Monday through Saturday. Delivery is usually separate from your regular mail service, and a signature is required on delivery.

Please note that some locations do not provide next day or Saturday delivery for Express Mail -- if you need overnight delivery, please call before ordering.

International Shipping

We can ship this item to almost anywhere in the world using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We have shipped thousands of products to more than 100 countries worldwide. We charge the actual USPS postal rate or less based on the shipping weight, and do not add any packing or handling fees. We can combine shipping costs for multiple items purchased and paid for at the same time.

USPS Priority Express International has a guaranteed delivery time of 3-5 business days (including time in Customs) to Australia, China, France (except Corsica and Monaco), Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Spain (except Canary Islands).

NOTE! USPS Priority Express International shipping is not available to some locations. However, may still display the this shipping option during checkout, even if this shipping service is not actually available in your location. If you select this shipping option and it is not available to your location, you will be notified prior to shipping and given the option to switch to USPS Priority Mail International (if available) and receive a refund of any difference in shipping costs, or to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL - Delivery time is about 1 to 2 weeks to Canada, and 3 to 5 weeks to most other countries (where available), depending on time spent in Customs. We ship using USPS Priority Mail International Standard (not Flat Rate), which is insured and trackable to major destinations and can be less expensive for some shipments, but it is also slower than USPS Express Mail International. USPS Priority Mail International does not provide a guaranteed delivery time and shipping times can vary. This shipping option is not available to some countries.

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL - We now offer USPS First Class Mail International shipping to Canada, trackable and insured, about 2-3 weeks delivery. We may also be able to ship using First Class Mail International to the following countries, by request only: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland. Please contact us for availability of this shipping option before purchasing.

NOTE: We do not use Fedex, UPS, DHL or other carriers for international shipments. We reserve the right to use an equivalent or better shipping method at our sole discretion.

INSTRUCTIONS - Please use the ENGLISH version of your shipping address and include a local phone number for the shipper in case they have any questions about your delivery. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If you have not received your package after two weeks, please contact your local postal service or Customs office for delivery information. U.S. Credit Cards - For credit cards issued by a bank within the United States, we require address verification and we will only ship to the verified credit card billing address. If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, you can call your bank to add the alternate address to your credit card, or use your credit card to send a PayPal payment instead.

International Credit Cards - We do not accept international credit cards, but you can use your international credit card to send a PayPal payment.

Gift Cards - If you are using a gift card, you must first authorize the card AND add your shipping address to the card before using it, as we cannot accept gift cards that do not have the shipping address added to the card.

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. You will receive a payment request as soon as the sale ends, and another within 48 hours if you have not yet paid for this item. If the payment is not received within 7 days from the end of sale, we will cancel your order and the item will be released for sale.

Warranty and Returns

Warranty - The products we sell are brand new in the box and covered under the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified in the sale listing. We do not perform warranty repairs -- all warranty service and replacement is performed by the manufacturer. Buyer should contact the manufacturer of the product for warranty service during the warranty period.

International Warranty- When an item is shipped outside of the United States, it is covered by the U.S. warranty only, and must be serviced in the United States. If the product is defective or requires warranty service, it must be sent back to us for service. This includes products that are defective on arrival, as they may have been damaged in transit or during installation. You (buyer) are responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions for warranty items. Please contact us for a return authorization before returning any items for warranty service.

Returns - We accept returns of new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of opened or installed items, or where an installation has been attempted. Returned items must be in brand new, mint condition with all of the original parts and packaging intact and unmodified. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for returns - all packages shipped to us without a return authorization will be refused.
