* Small packages ship by UPS/ FedEx Ground and large items ships on a 48ft+ Freight Truck ground to a commercial business address with a forklift to unload (Our carriers only) for the shipping price shown.
* Shipping price listed is to the tail of the truck for large truck items and you would be responsible to unload for the tail, if shipping to a residential address there will be a$75.00 extra chargeand will includeFREE LIFT GATE SERVICEand this will get the product to the ground. Please let us know in the check out notes if this service is needed and we can send you a PayPal invoice for the balance.
* The freight companies are subject to a number of regulations, one being that they are not to give any assistance in unloading from the truck unless you purchase lift gate service, commercial business address locations the driver is only responsible to get the product to the tail of the truck for the business that it is delivering to unload with a forklift or dock delivery.
* We no long offer combined shipping prices on separate sales even if multiple items are purchased and shipped in the same box as many of our items are.
* Tracking / PRO number will be sent if requested in the PayPal or checkout notes.
* We do accept local pickups on most of our items from ourLongwood Florida Showroom.

Payment Options:
* The Utter Guys requires immediate payment after item has been purchased for any item.

Return Policy:
* The Utter Guys will gladly accept your return within 14 days of receiving the product. (Gas and Precision instruments) ex\" Lasers, Levels and Calibrated items are not returnable.
* If you are returning your item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply and must be in new unused condition
* Defective items are handled through the manufacturers warranty and not through The Utter Guys
* No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used.
* Everything that was originally sent to you needs to be returned or fees will be applied for missing items. (invoice, standard accessories included, etc).
* If a item(s) are refused you will be held for original shipping cost as well as the return even if the item was shipped to you for Free.
* Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to The Utter Guys even if the item originally shipped for Free to your location
* The Utter Guys will pay to ship the replacement item to you in the case of a defective item.
* All items require a RMA# (return merchandise authorization number). Returns without a RMA# may be delayed if you do not provide a copy of your transaction.
* Reconditioned tools come with a manufacturers warranty only and do not go back to the place of purchase even if defective out of the box, each manufacturer has a Factory owned and authorized warranty center setup all across the US. If you need to find out where the closest warranty center is to you prior or after your purchase, please email me your city, state and zip code and I will let you know the closest warranty center(s) to you.

The Utter Guys posts physical (in-hand) and drop ship-able items. In some instances if a item is over sold or has a problem that will not allow us to ship the item to the winning buyer for any reason we will notify the buyer within 24 hours of the purchase to offer a FULL REFUND or provide you with the option to wait until the item is back in stock. If you have any questions or problems involving availability please contact us right away. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a reply as we receive hundreds of emails each day. We make it a point to contact you as soon as we are made aware of any situation with your item(s) Thank you.

All winning buyers will be obligated to complete any and all transactions under \'s policies and guidelines associated with any sale.
