You are buying both the tray and the basket.The basket is signed the tray is not. Im not sure who made the tray.
Tray is 12.75\" in diameter, 2\" high.Basket is 3 5/8\" top diameter, 2.25 high at highest.
Minor signs of wear. one side of one handle of the tray is broken off.
