This excellent condition antique trumpet is a Regent model student instrument. It is trumpet size and shape, but with a cornet mouthpiece shank. It was made by the Ohio Band Instrument Company in Cleveland, Ohio around 1940. The serial number is 8103.
It is silver plated with a small amount of tarnish and very few signs of wear. It is in great playing condition. All valves and slides move freely. It has the original Regent mouthpiece and original hard case.
The bell diameter is 4.5\"The bore diameter measured at the main tuning slide is .440\".
