Here is an original Singer Flat key most Singers used a square ended key ( i have one in another sale ) but for a shorter amount of time they used this flat key so they are harder to find . If you have a bentwood carry case you need a key like this with the notched end . . if you look in the keyhole of your machine & see a square shape you need a square key . if you see a slot like the end of a flat screwdriver , this should work for you .the originals have the beveled edge on the tip the repos do not .
