This is a Great Running 247B! It has about 3070 hrs+, Cab H/A, smooth GP bucket, and Hyd. Quick Coupler. It is missing 3 middle rollers, 2 on the right side track, and one on the left side track. I have the 2 metal rollers that came off, but they need new bearings. I also have 3 extra of the large front rollers that you may have for spares. The cab heat works, and the air did work the last time I used it, but since then, I had the dealer replace some joystick seals, and they unhooked the dryer line and did not put it back, so I think all it needs is to be hooked back up and charged, although I can\'t promise that. Fuel and Hydraulic filters were recently changed, a new Cat battery was put in about 3 months ago. There is no door, but I have access to one, and it will be included if you use the \"Buy It Now\" option. The only leak that I know of, is that either the oil pan gasket, or oil filter gasket has a small leak. It will loose about 1/4 to 1/2 a quart between oil changes depending on how hard you run the machine and type of oil. Hydraulic lines are all fine. The right side track is about 1-1/2 years old, while the left track is brand new and was just replaced about 2-3 months ago. Also has electric hook up for attachments.The attachment is a BH150 backhoe attachment was purchased new in 2008, and operates great. The great thing about the Cat backhoe attachment is that you operate it from inside the cab, NO CLIMBING IN AND OUT of the cab to move around. It will dig about 10\' deep and has a 2\' bucket, and can be moved left and right for better digging angles. Sorry for the dirty pictures, but this unit is used everyday, so operation of this unit is not an issue at all. I am only selling this unit because I need to upgrade to a larger unit for my work. Standard smooth bucket, and the BH150 Backhoe Attachment are included in the package deal, but no other attachments seen in photos are.
