For sale ismy coffee roaster. I hate to let it go as it is a pleasure to use, easy to use,and makes 2 pounds of coffee (2 pounds green... about 1.75 pounds afterroasting complete) perfectly. I bought this new from Sonofresco about 6 yearsago. I am trying to find my receipt which I will provide to buyer. I purchasedit for I believe about $2500.00 new (if I recall correctly) and then purchasedan additional kit for $250.00 (if I recall correctly) to convert it toLP/Propane gas. You can convert it back to natural gas - no problem and I haveincluded the instructions with the Natural gas burner which you see in thepics.

Going from memory, the roaster has 9 roast levels each of which has a different roast profile which controls temperature at various times during the 18 minute roast cycle. The 18 minutes includes a 4 minute rapid cool down so beans to not get over roasted. You can stop the roast and enter the cool down anytime you would like.

Theseroasters do not lose their value as I see used models go for as much or morethan $2500.00.

The roasteris in near perfect condition - just normal dust and coffee oil residue fromroasting. Glass, gasket, paint, metal all in perfect condition. I took verygood care of this roaster. I did not use it commercially, just to roast coffeefor myself and for gifts. I have a bunch of lined craft paper valve bags whichI will put in with the shipment.

This is avery high quality machine made out of robust materials. It can be used in aretail commercial environment. It is designed and built to last a long timewith some part replacement along the way depending on how much you use it .

I willinclude the scale and high temp thermometer and a stainless steel chimney whichgets attached to the top. When roasting, lots of smoke is generated during atypical 18 min. roast cycle and I simply rolled my roaster to an open windowand directed the chimney out so smoke would stay out of the house. It workedjust fine!
