This is my personal Southern Pride Smoker and I mostly used it for selling Turkey Legs, Sausage and Smoked Beef and Pork Butts. It will cook up to 500 pounds of meat. I had the trailer custom built with a lighted covered area to load and unload the cooked items. It has new tires and a mounted spare. This Smoker is set to run on propane and comes with two propane bottles. I also had a custom built enclosed box for wood and propane bottle storage. There are 15 cooking racks on this rotating smoker. The Smoker has a smoke extractor and a thermostat built-in. It is equipped with a bull-dog hitch. This Smoker is in excellent condition and ready to use for fairs, festivals, company functions or personal use. I am located in Texarkana, Arkansas and the smoker must be picked up here.
