This is an all original Steiff swan (Schwan) in white plush with velvet or velvet-like face, bill and feet. It was made from 1980 to 1983 in Germany and has all of its original ID\'s (tag, hang tag, gold button and tag). It is number 3247/26 and is the 26cm Schwan. The full measurements are: 11 1/4\" long by 8\" tall by 6\" wide.

I am the original owner and it has been stored in a smoke free environment, in a china cabinet, since it was bought new in the 80s. It is in very good condition, having been handled minimally through the years. The wing tips are yellowed with age and it is not quite as white as it was when it was new. He\'s an attractive, well made and very stately addition to any Steiff collection.
